Using our approach, you will develop an Execution Confidence score for each potential project. The Score evaluates projects based on several criteria: fit with the current business model, technical capability, customer impact, and human capital impact. You will also score the impact and cost of the project.
With the scores completed, we then use our sequencing approach, which starts off with projects that will create early wins and then gradually implement larger, more complex projects. Over time, your firm will develop confidence and competency that allow it to absorb change at an increasingly faster pace.
